Our Story: The Founder's Journey

I grew up with undiagnosed ADHD. While it seemed like I was managing academics and work well, I found it almost impossible to stay consistent with daily responsibilities or take care of myself. I was always reacting to things instead of taking proactive steps and feeling in control of my life. I tried medication, therapy, coaching, and productivity tricks. Some helped for a while, but none of them stuck because I had to rely only on myself to keep going. With ADHD, that kind of consistent self-reliance just isn’t realistic. What finally worked was having an accountability partner. Someone who could see my plan, check in with me through the day, and join me for co-working when I needed support. With that, I was finally able to follow through on most of my plans and feel more in control of my life. That is why I started Intentive Life. It gives people with ADHD real, daily support. We connect you with trained accountability partners and habit coaches who keep you on track so you can focus on what matters. If that's you, we'd love to help you reach your potential.
